Meet the driving forces behind FasTrac Sports Marketing
Growing up with a car dealer for a father Bob learned about fast early on. Watkins Glenn International, the only road track in NASCAR (at that time) where he cheered on Bill Elliot in his #9 Ford Thunderbird. At age 15 his love affair with all things fast was realized as he drove the 15th Anniversary Ford Mustang around the Glenn at 70+ MPH.
Fast forward thirty years and Bob is still going fast by building global brands and creating award-winning advertising campaigns for some of the biggest names in retail. They include Maybelline, Clairol, Ellen Tracey, Matrix Essentials, Naya, Circle K, Piggly Wiggly, Pearle Vision, Things Remembered. He knows what it takes to get a product noticed from a TV commercial to a shelf talker to social media and the Web.
Bob’s Home Track: Watkins Glenn International Speedway
The other “Bob” at Fastrac lives, breaths, and bleeds auto racing. On any given day he can be found at a track or walking the garage floors of some of NASCAR’s biggest teams. Why? Because when it comes to securing the very best sponsorship deals for our clients it isn’t about an email or phone call, it’s about relationships, personal and professional.
A self-proclaimed “businessman and entrepreneur” Bob is a ‘hands-on, roll up the sleeves, whatever it takes’ kind of guy. By the age of 26 he had broken every sales record there was at Coca-Cola (many still stand today). During the last two decades he has honed his skills in a number of pursuits including commercial and residential real estate development, pro-social marketing for non-profits, bought and sold corporations, and launched numerous retail products.
Bob’s Home Track: Charlotte Motor Speedway
